Osisko Metals has announced the results of 14 recent drill holes at its Pine Point zinc-lead project on the south shore of Great Slave Lake. The holes were completed in the W-85 area within the North zone of the mining camp.
Highlights include the following:
- Hole W85-PP-005: 12.17% zinc and 6.49% lead over 20.7 metres;
- Hole W85-PP-01: 9.09% zinc and 7.65% lead over 37.6 metres; and
- Hole W85-PP-001: 3.24% zinc and 8.32% lead over 60.37 metres.
These results are from Osisko’s definition drilling within two deposits included in the recent maiden resource estimate. The intercepts were made between 13 and 105 metres below surface.
The newly modeled W-85 and YBM pits are collectively known as the W85 deposit. The W-85 pit measures 250 by 150 metres and lies west of the YBM pit that measures 200 by 100 metres.
