RUSSIA - Finland's OUTOKUMPU TECHNOLOGY has won the contract to install a silver refinery in Siberia for JSC KRASNOYARSK NON-FERROUS METALS, the world's largest PGM refinery. The contract covers engineering and equipment. The refinery should be in operation by the end of 2007.
