READER COMMENT – Who qualifies to answer CMJ polls?

After reading our comments about the anti-mining lobby discovering CMJ's weekly poll, one reader wrote, "Are only pro-mining people qualified to comment?"

The answer is, of course not. People of all opinions are welcome to weigh in. We did not mean to imply otherwise. We editors have been interested to note that the CMJ site has been discovered anti-mining advocates, and we welcome their interest. How else are they going to find out what is going on in the Canadian mining industry? We hope all our readers look at the CMJ site as a suitable venue for spirited, rational discussion about mining-related issues.
