ONTARIO – Cementation Canada and the Missanabie Cree First Nation have signed an agreement to create Missanabie Cementation Inc. The deal was announced in Timmins during the recent Mining Expo. Missanabie Cementation will be majority owned by the First Nation. It will focus on underground mine development in northern Ontario in the region covering northern Ontario west of Chapleau and north of Wawa. Cementation has signed several partnerships with indigenous peoples in Canada and elsewhere.
