Josemaria Resources of Vancouver has named Adam Lundin its new president and CEO and Ron F. Hochstein to the board of directors. Former president and CEO Dr. Wojtek Wodzicki stepped down to focus his energies on being president and CEO of NGEx Minerals.
Jamie Beck has been promoted to the role of president at Vancouver’s
Filo Mining Corp. Previously he was VP corporate development and projects. Beck replaces Adam Lundin who will retain his duties as CEO and seat on the board.

Fission 3.0 Corp. has appointed capital markets expert Jeffrey Mushaluk its new president. He is a graduate of the University of Maine where he earned BA degrees in business management and finance.

NovoCarbon Corp., has named Jay Richardson NovoCarbon CEO, replacing Paul Ferguson. Ferguson will also be the CFO of the company.
Dr. Scott Jobin-Bevans has joined the board of directors at
Nubian Resources of Toronto. He is a former president of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. Nubian is exploring the Esquilache silver-lead-zinc property in southern Peru.
Premier Gold Mines of Thunder Bay, Ont., has named Peter Van Alphen its new COO. Most recently he was country manager Canada for Pan American Silver.
The new exploration manager of
Roscan Gold Corp. of Halifax is John R.L. Learn. He succeeds Jean-Marc Gagnon who has retired. Learn brings experience in the Athabasca Basin and Abitibi subprovince as well as east and west African projects to the job.
