ROXMARK MINES of Toronto is shuffling its management team. Former president J. David Malouf is now vice-chairman responsible for business development. Monir Youan, currently secretary-treasurer, takes on the additional duties of president. Louis M. Bernard has joined the company as senior VP of operations.
Following the resignation of Nat Lineham from its board of directors, Langley, B.C.-based NIOGOLD MINING announced three new appointments. Jean Lafleur has become a director and the company's technical advisor in exploration and corporate development. Bradley N. Scharfe is now VP of corporate development. Rock Lefrancois has been named a director and secretary of NioGold.
Toronto's COALCORP MINING, which is exploring for coal in Colombia, has appointed Jose Francisco Arata its executive VP for exploration and Juan Manuel Pelaez as VP for business development.
MANICOUAGAN MINERALS of Toronto has named Joseph Baylis its new president and CEO. He replaces Constantine Salamis who will remain on the board.
