GeoMegA Resources of Montreal has appointed Kiril Mugerman its new president and CEO. He holds an honours degree in earth and planetary sciences from McGill University, bringing both technical and financial experience to the post. Interim CEO L. Derek Lindsay will retain his duties as CFO.

Michael Cathro has been elected chair and director of Geoscience BC as the organization welcomes two new board members, Doug Konkin and Nalaine Morin.

Montreal-headquartered SNC-Lavalin announced that on Oct. 5, 2016, Neil Bruce will become president, CEO and a member of the board, replacing Robert G. Card. Bruce has over 30 years of extensive experience in the engineering and construction industry, and joined the company in January 2013.
