The CANADIAN MINING HALL OF FAME has issued its yearly call for nominations that will lead to the induction of a new group of individuals.
Persons who have made an outstanding contribution to the Canadian mining industry may be nominated by individuals, firms and organizations. Nominations may be made through the PDAC, the CIM, the Mining Association of Canada, the Northern Miner, certain provincial and territorial mining associations, and a few other mining-related organizations.
Nominations must follow the guidelines set up by the Hall of Fame and be received by July 30, 2003. Contact John Cooke, 905-339-0898.
