VANCOUVER — The shareholders of Selkirk Metals approved that company's merger with Imperial Metals at a special meeting held Oct. 30, 2009. The deal was announced two months ago (see CMJ Net News item dated Sept. 9, 2009).
Selkirk owns two projects in British Columbia, the Ruddock Creek zinc-lead property and the Catface copper projects. Both have 43-101-compliant resource estimates and the potential for development.
