New Rulmeca frames are completely re-designed. Thanks to a tubular cross-member, the new Rulmeca transoms keep the same strength and mechanical performance they are noted for, but with a relevant mass reduction making them lighter on the conveyor structure. All the transom components (supports and brackets) were completely re-engineered to provide an optimized design, for every load condition. The new Rulmeca frames are designed and tested to withstand the most severe conditions: cross-member size starts from diameters of 40 to 90 mm. The new side supports design prevent the build-up of material, protecting the rollers from abrasion due to foreign particles, thanks to the “anti-blocking” shape of the brackets. The correct displacement of rollers and supports for unidirectional frames is guaranteed by the tilt angle, obtained simply by rotating of the proper angle the supports around the cross-member. Traditional bolted brackets or practical clamps are available. Using clamps does not require holes on the conveyor structure supporting frame.
