LEGISLATION: More information about new Impact Assessment Act

Osler, Hoskin & Harcott LLP have had a look at Bills C-68 and C-69 which cover changes to the assessment of federally regulation projects and of waterways. The bills repeal the both the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act 2012 and the National Energy Board Act, and make several changes to the Fisheries Act and the Navigation Protection Act.
