QUEBEC – All gold explorers should have the bonanza grades that
Osisko Mining is intersecting at its Windfall Lake property in Urban Twp. The latest drilling results included 379 g/t gold over 2.0 metres at the Lynx 2 target.
That intersection from hole OSK-W-17-881, when cut to 100 g/t, still had a grade of 30.7 g/t gold over the 2.0 metres. The same intersection included an 0.6-metre section that assayed 1,250 g/t gold. These superlative grades come from between 412 and 414 metres below surface.
Other notable intersections were from hole 898 that returned 23.5 g/t over 3.5 metres; hole 895 that returned 8.98 g/t over 6.5 metres; and hole 924 that returned 9.18 g/t over 6.1 metres.
A table of the complete drill results and further information is posted at
www.OsiskoMining.com.
If permitting goes as planned, Osisko hopes to begin production in 2020 for 10 years.
