GOLD: Testing confirms Fruta del Norte flowsheet

ECUADOR – Vancouver’s Lundin Gold says comprehensive metallurgical tests have confirmed the gravity-float-leach flowsheet proposed for the Fruta del Norte gold project near the village of San Antonio. Gold recovery ranges from 91.7% to 94.2% with about 30% on average into doré with the remaining 70% into concentrate. The concentrate ranges from 136.7 to 240.0 g/t Au (and 169.5 to 234.1 g/t Ag) and meets the plant design criteria of 200 g/t Au (and 183 g/t Ag). In addition, the results indicated that the concentrate produced will be readily saleable with impurities at controlled levels.
