QUEBEC –
Osisko Mining of Toronto is enjoying long and strong drilling results – 31 metres of 24.9 g/t gold – at its Windfall Lake gold project 100 km east of Lebel-sur-Quevillon. Another intersection in the same hole was 22 metres at 5.3 g/t.

Other notable holes returned 2.8 metres at 56.9 g/t gold (35.5 g/t cut) and 3.2 metres at 21.6 g/t.
Osisko’s current 40,000-metre drill program has three goals: definition drilling above the Red Dog intrusion, expansion drilling above and below Red Dog, and expansion as well as definition drilling in the Lynx deposit immediately northeast of Windfall.
The current resource at Windfall is 2.8 million tonnes at 8.42 g/t gold (748,000 oz.) in the indicated category and 3.5 million tonnes at 7.62 g/t (860,000 oz.) in the inferred category.
