(Image: MegumaGold)[/caption] NOVA SCOTIA – Coronet Metals changed its name to MegumaGold Corp., and with a new name comes renewed vigor in the hunt for gold in Nova Scotia. The company has begun a 20,000-metre reverse circulation drill program at its Meguma gold belt properties. The program will test at least 10 priority targets based on the definition program it conducted over the preceding nine months. The pre-drilling program consisted of a 12,342-km helicopter-borne magnetics and radiometric survey; an airborne survey that covered 49 blocks n 100-metre spacing; the re-logging of historical drill holes from known disseminated gold deposits in the area; and the collection of 1,100 outcrop samples. MegumaGold hopes to duplicate the success of Atlantic Gold at its Touquoy gold project. MegumaGold began its drilling at Moser Lake, which is on strike and contiguous to Atlantic’s 15 Mile Stream project. MegumaGold has offices in Vancouver and Bedford, N.S.
