YUKON –
Golden Predator Mining Corp. of Vancouver has received the required permit to carry out expanded exploration including the construction of up to 45 km of roads, 40,000 m
3 of trenching, and taking a bulk sample of 10,000 tonnes annually. The permit is valid for a period of five years at its 3 Aces property 160 km north of Watson Lake.
The company’s 2016 exploration work at 3 Aces included road work and trenching that successfully identified more than 25 mineralized veins that are the target of the current drilling program.
Golden Predator said there are eight projects in the Yukon that operate under Class 4 mining land use permits, including its own 3 Aces and Brewery Creek gold projects.
