GOLD DEVELOPMENT: Golden Band okays Bingo production

SASKATCHEWAN - The directors of Golden Band Resources of Saskatoon have given the formal okay for production from the Bingo gold deposit near La Ronge. A significant part of the work has already been completed on the underground mine and the relocated Jolu mill, and production is to begin by the end of 2010.

The decision was made after the company successfully completed a US$7-mllion senior financing.
