Bonterra Resources recently drilled a new zone of gold-silver mineralization at its Gladiator gold deposit 170 km northeast of Val d’Or. The best recent drill hole was CL-17-14 that intersected the new Temica zone, returning 4.7 g/t gold and 44.6 g/t silver over 2.7 metres at a depth of 250 metres.
Hole CL-17-06 intersected the Temica zone with 13.0 g/t gold over 1.0 metre. This new zone is located over 5 km southwest of the Gladiator deposit.
Hole L-17-01 also cut the Temica zone near surface close to hole 14. It returned 4.8 g/t over 1.0 metre.
Bonterra had previous conducted till sampling and an induced polarization survey over the new zone. Additional targets have been chosen for drilling.
