Searcher, a leading provider of global multi-client geoscience solutions, is excited to announce the launch of the first phase of its new Canadian data package on GeoClerk, the company’s flagship search and discovery platform. A direct feed of Canadian regulatory filings including TSX and SEDAR documents will provide all subscribers with up to the minute NI 43-101 filings, investor announcements and presentations, regulatory filings and more for all public and private Canadian mining companies.

This represents the first stage of a major expansion of GeoClerk to add a Canada package, ultimately consisting of provincial archives and related content, the first of which, Ontario, will be released in January 2024. It is a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing commitment to technological innovation and providing the best possible service to its clients.

This new feed, which includes SEDAR documents, allows GeoClerk users to seamlessly access and search Canadian company announcements, providing valuable insights into the latest news and developments in the energy and mining industries. With this addition, GeoClerk users can now easily access valuable geological information in exploration updates, annual reports and other filings across Canadian companies, all in one place.

GeoClerk is proud to be a technological pioneer in the resources sector, and this new feature, especially when combined with the upcoming provincial additions, will make GeoClerk one of the fastest and most comprehensive resources for companies exploring in Canada.

“We are thrilled to launch this expansion into Canada for our GeoClerk subscribers and are eagerly building out the next stage. The feed of Canadian filings documents has been keenly anticipated by industry, both here in Australia and elsewhere, and we are proud to offer it to existing subscribers at no additional cost. We look forward to releasing more Canadian databases and features on GeoClerk in the months to come and exhibiting at PDAC for the first time in 2024,” said Tim Hall-Johnston, GeoClerk lead.

This addition is just one of many enhancements that GeoClerk has made in recent months, as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to providing the best possible search and discovery platform for its users. Further new databases for Canada will include Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and Saskatchewan in the first wave, with more to come later in 2024.
