ZAMBIA – Midnight Sun Mining Corp. of Vancouver says its recent 12-hole program at the Solwezi copper property in the northwest part of the country returned significant, near surface mineralization.

Midnight Sun targeted an area of its property located about 10 km southwest of First Quantum's Kansanshi mine, the largest copper producer in Africa. The company says the mineralization on its property is mainly in the form of malachite, a mineral comprised of 57.48% Cu and often associated with acid leaching operations.
