BRITISH COLUMBIA – Long intersections of continuous mineralization keep showing up as Gold Reach Resources of Vancouver drills the Ox deposit at its Ootsa property south of Smithers. Most notably hole 13-122 cut 274.9 metres grading 0.48% CuEq from 5.5 to 280.4 metres below surface. And the hole ended in mineralization.
Two holes were drilled at a shallow angle under the pond at the northeast end of the Ox deposit. Hole 12-123 intersected 132.0 metres grading 0.44% CuEq including 31.3 metres at 0.66% CuEq. Gold Reach said these holes further expanded the recent discovery.
Drilling is now focused on infilling and expanding three areas – Ox, East Seel and West Seel – of higher grade, near surface mineralization with open pit potential. Previous drilling at West Seel cut 316.0 metres at 0.56% CuEq starting at 24 metres down the hole, including a 20-metre section that graded 1.0% CuEq.
