QUEBEC – Toronto’s RNC Minerals says its 68%-owned subsidiary True North Nickel, holder of the Qiqavik copper-gold and West Raglan nickel-copper properties in the northern part of the province, has entered into a letter of intent with Focused Capital Corp. to spin out TNN via a reverse takeover of Focused. Both properties are located in the west central part of the Cape Smith belt, home of Glencore’s Raglan copper-nickel mine. The 2016 exploration program led to the discovery of two new high grade gold-copper occurrences at Qiqavik mineralized trend that stretches 40 km. Prospecting at West Raglan in 2015 found three new high grade discoveries at the surface.
