AWARDS: Fifteen finalists in run for Bauma innovation prizes

(Image: Bauma)[/caption] MUNICH, Germany – Having narrowed the field of 138 down to the final 15, the organizers of the Bauma Innovation Award 2019 introduced them to business journalists who had the opportunity to vote for the winners. The finalists have already qualified over two selection rounds. Five finalists will be chosen in these categories: 1) Machine; 2) Component/Digital Systems; 3) Construction Work, Method and/or Process; 4) Research/Science; and 5) Design. The entrants were evaluated on how practice oriented a solution is or what economic potential it offers. The winners will be announced on the eve of the Bauma convention to be held in Munich April 8-15, 2019 at the exhibition grounds.
