Live-floor aggregate trailer

Titan Trailers’ “Walking Floor” aggregate trailer features a narrower body with lower side rails which, along with its aluminum construction, helps reduce the unit’s weight while at the same time allows for an increased payload of 2,000 lbs. Inside the trailer is a six-slat “walking floor” system to provide level unloading without the extra weight, height, and maintenance demands of belt conveyors. The unloading system is enhanced with an integral V-plow self-cleaning mechanism. With no sub frame required, the unloader allows the trailer to maintain a lower sidewall profile which reduces wind resistance and allows loading with smaller equipment.
