Construction and mining trucks going on tour
Atlas Copco Construction & Mining Canada has begun its very own Canadian Truck Tour. This unique, portable venue is Atlas Copco Canada’s latest venture to give customers an “up close and personal” exhibit of the construction product lines including hand tools. The mobile exhibition was to be launched March 31 from the Atlas Copco Construction & Mining head office in Sudbury, Ont., showcasing its wares to local customers, government representatives and media officials.
From Sudbury, the exhibition will travel south to attend the National Heavy Equipment Show in Toronto (April 7-8). Throughout May, the truck tour will continue on to Canada’s east coast where one of Atlas Copco’s key distributors, Wilson Equipment, is celebrating its 50th anniversary in Halifax. Heading back west, the tour will make scheduled stops at Quebec City, Montreal and Toronto again to visit various distributors and enable customers to see the broad range of products.
The Eastern leg of the tour will end on June 3, arriving in Sudbury for a special demonstration at a local quarry. For details of the tour contact Peter Walsh at peter.walsh@ca.atlascopco.com or phone 705-669-2948.
