Flying Nickel Minago returns 14 metres grading 0.69 g/t platinum-palladium-gold 

Assay results from Flying Nickel Mining’s (TSXV: FLYN; OTCQB: FLYNF) second batch of Minago nickel-platinum-group metals (PGM) project, are in. Minago is located in the Thompson Nickel belt in Nothern Manitoba. 

The assay results from the initial batch of 898 samples totalling 1,046 metres from 12 holes were published in late March. All 12 reported holes returned significant platinum, palladium and gold intersections at Minago's Nose deposit. 

The newest batch, which includes 968 samples totalling 1,144 metres of sections from 22 drill holes, further confirmed significant platinum and palladium intersections throughout the Nose deposit. 

Highlights from the newly acquired assay data include: 

• N-07-22 grading 1.25% nickel, 0.07% copper, 0.147 g/t platinum, 0.433 g/t palladium and 0.008 g/t gold (0.588 g/t PGM+gold) over a 7.5-metre interval from 275 metres downhole. 

• N-07-22 grading 1.2% nickel, 0.07% copper, 0.156 g/t platinum, 0.449 g/t palladium and 0.007 g/t gold (0.611 g/t PGM+gold) over a 6.7-metre interval from 286 metres downhole. 
• N-07-28 grading 1.3% nickel, 0.01% copper, 0.198 g/t platinum, 0.54 g/t palladium and 0.01 g/t gold (0.749 g/t PGM+gold) over a 6.2-metre interval from 102 metres downhole. 
• N-07-41B grading 1.3% nickel, 0.06% copper, 0.18 g/t platinum, 0.506 g/t palladium and 0.01 g/t gold (0.695 g/t PGM+gold) over a 14-metre interval from 282 metres downhole. 
• N-07-41B grading 1.47% nickel, 0.04% copper, 0.169 g/t platinum, 0.497 g/t palladium and 0.02 g/t gold (0.685 g/t PGM+gold) over an 8.8-metre interval from 300 metres downhole.  

The Minago project and currently has a NI 43-101 compliant open pit optimized and underground, measured and indicated resource of 44.2 million tonnes grading 0.74% nickel (722 million lb. contained nickel) and inferred resource of 19.6 million tonnes grading 0.74% nickel (319 million lb. contained nickel). The resource split is approximately 78% Nose deposit and 22% North Limb deposit at Minago.
