Hepburn Engineering has acquired all of the
DavyMarkham Limited intellectual property assets. Davy Markham was a U.K.-based engineering firm that designed, manufactured and serviced hoists, winches, compensating sheaves and other hoisting related equipment for the global mining industry.
Hepburn Engineering is a global leader in the design, engineering, manufacture and service of mine hoisting equipment and automated control systems. With this acquisition, DavyMarkham joins Hepburn’s OEM parts and service product portfolio that includes the hoisting technology of the former Canadian Ingersoll Rand (CIR), Fullerton, Hodgart & Barclay (FH&B), Westinghouse and Ottumwa.
