(Image: Tasca Resources)[/caption] BRITISH COLUMBIA – Tasca Resources of Vancouver has received excellent assays from drilling at its Poplar copper property southwest of Houston. Hole 18-PC-126 averaged 0.37% copper, 0.015% molybdenum, 0.15 g/t gold and 2.31 g/t silver over 381.0 metres. In the 30.2 deepest metres, the core tested 0.55% copper, 0.27% moly, 0.10 g/t gold and 4.44 g/t silver. Hole 18-PC-127 tested 0.33% copper, 0.002% molybdenum. 0.11 g/t gold and 2.36% silver over 264.9 metres. This included a 27-metre intersection of 0.64% copper, 0.030% moly, 0.15 g/t gold and 2.62 g/t silver. A third hole, 18-PC-127, returned 0.33% copper, 0.002% molybdenum, 0.118 g/t gold and 3.46 g/t silver over 151.1 metres. Tasca says the Poplar copper deposit hosts a historical indicated mineral resource of 131 million tonnes grading 0.31% copper, 0.009% molybdenum, 0.09 g/t gold and 2.39 g/t silver, and a historical inferred mineral resource of 132 million tonnes grading 0.27% copper, 0.005% moly, 0.07 g/t gold and 3.75 g/t silver has been identified through the drilling of 147 historical holes. (Historical resources are not necessarily 43-101 compliant.) More information about the Poplar copper project is available at www.TascaResources.com.
