GOLD: Bonterra hits new high grade zone at Gladiator

(Image: Bonterra Resources)[/caption] QUEBEC – Vancouver-based Bonterra Resources has discovered a new near surface, high grade gold zone north of its Gladiator gold project. The zone returned 27.4 g/t gold over a length of 7.0 metres. The mineralization is located 200  metres north of the most northerly Gladiator zone at a depth of less than 100 metres. The characteristics of the new zone are very similar to the Gladiator gold deposit and the company’s current geological model, says Bonterra. That model consists of parallel veins or zones, open both along strike and at depth. Follow-up drilling is planned. Bonterra will do 70,000 metres of drilling at Gladiator this year.
