Michael Blundell is now president of KSB Group's U.S. operations, headquartered in Richmond, VA. He assumes his new duties while retaining his responsibilities as president of KSB's Canadian subsidiary.
North American Nickel of Vancouver has named Patricia (Patti) Tirschmann as VP exploration and Sharon Taylor as chief geophysicist. Tirschmann specializes in magmatic nickel-copper sulphides deposits. Taylor's expertise covers massive sulphide and nickel exploration in major Canadian and African mining camps.
Vancouver-based Peregrine Diamonds had reorganized and created a new subsidiary, Peregrine Exploration. In light of the change several management appointments have been made: Eric Friedland as executive chairman of both companies; Tom Peregoodoff as president and CEO of Peregrine Diamonds; Brooke Clements as president and CEO of Peregrine Exploration; and Dr. Herman Grutter as VP technical services of Peregrine Diamonds.
