Scarlet Security expands services in the north

YELLOWKNIFE, NWT:  The Scarlet Security Group of Companies of Yellowknife announces that it has acquired SECURECheck Ltd in Yellowknife. The acquisition further expands Scarlet’s remote operations by adding both new regions and complimentary services. The company offers screening services including criminal record checks and fingerprinting to many mining companies in the North.

Scarlet also expanded into Alberta recently when it became part-owners of TAWS Security, based on the Fort McMurray First Nation No. 468 IR in Anzac. TAWS provides industrial site security and mobile patrol security solutions for a number of major energy producers in the region.
