DEALER TOUR: Manulift, Merlo visit Italy to upgrade knowledge

ITALY – Earlier this year, 43 of Manulift’s customers, Merlo dealers and their guests traveled to Italy to learn more about Merlo telescopic boom machines and their manufacture. Visitors enjoyed demonstrations and a factory tour.

New this year was the fully automated warehouse and a plastic components department. The warehouse boasts a high density automated stocking-storage system that handles 94% of the orders coming from dealers and customers. The new plastic components department allows Merlo to achieve the perfect level of resistance and flexibility in parts made of techno-polymers.
