BRITISH COLUMBIA ANGLO SWISS RESOURCES of Vancouver has completed the rehabilitation of its Kenville underground gold mine near Nelson. The main haulage system is operational and track repair completed on the 257 level, the historical production level. The main portal, rail, compressed air and ventilation systems are all ready to go.
Anglo Swiss has extended the 257 level haulage system to the surface and is transporting mineralized quartz vein material to the mill for processing. New milling equipment (see CMJ Net News, Sept. 14, 2008) is being installed and the mill building is nearing completion.
A video of the Kenville mine project is available at www.Anglo-Swiss.com.
