Richard Molyneux, former head of De Beers Canada, has joined the board of ICS COPPER SYSTEMS of Abbotsford, B.C.

INSPIRATION MINING of Toronto has named Allen Mann as director of operations. His responsibilities include the Langmuir project near Timmins, Ont., and the recently acquired Cleaver and Douglas properties.

The Pebble Partnership (NORTHERN DYNASTY MINERALS of Vancouver and ANGLO AMERICAN) has named John Shively its CEO. He will be responsible for hiring a senior management team and advancing the Pebble copper-gold-molybdenum mine development in Alaska.

Heap leaching pioneer Chester Millar has joined the board of Vancouver's PEDIMENT EXPLORATION.
