FATALITY Worker killed at Greenhills mine

BRITISH COLUMBIA An employee at the Greenhills coal mine near Elkford was killed on Oct. 20 in a heavy equipment accident. The man, whose name was not released, died when the bulldozer he was operating went over a highwall at the mine. The mine is operated by ELK VALLEY COAL. The incident is under investigation.
