GOLD EXPLORATION NEWS Solomon Active in Australia

KALGOORLIE, Western Australia Vancouver-based SOLOMON RESOURCES hopes to strike it rich at the Kalgoorlie Southeast project.

On the wholly-owned Lucky Bay prospect, Solomon is proceeding with the first phase of reverse circulation drilling designed to confirm a possible resource of high-grade supergene oxide gold mineralizaiton. The mineralization was identified in 2002 by rotary aircore drilling.

The nearby Newcrest-KSP joint venture properties are the target of a rotary air core drilling program carried out by NEWCREST MINING of Australia. The area of interest is west of the former Mount Monger millsite and the Fignalls gold mineralized corridor.
