According to its third quarter report, CLAUDE RESOURCES produced 11,100 ounces of gold during the period from its Seabee gold mine near Laronge, Sask. This was a marked improvement over the rate of 15,200 ounces for the first half of this year. The increase was attributed to increased grade, which averaged 7.6 g/t Au on 45,700 tonnes.
At the end of September proven and probable reserves at Seabee were 609,000 tonnes at 8.9 g/t Au (or 172,200 ounces).
